Bio: Her yoga journey began 14 years ago after she became introduced to yoga through an adult education program. She thought yoga would be easy and relaxing and help alleviate stress, and provide a compliment to her usual workouts. She was hooked from day one, and the practice has become a daily part of her physical and spiritual life.
After studying with amazing teachers, she became inspired to get her yoga teacher certification. Each time she steps on the mat, she discovers more about herself, some days it’s strength and some days it’s laughter. She loves to integrate breath and movement with a positive spiritual outlook. She believes yoga is a simple everyday tool to heal our bodies and awaken our spirits.
