This one hour of guided yoga flow and stretch is for students looking to increase flexibility and range of motion. Using the breathe with focused stretching allows the muscles to relax and lengthen. Neither experience or flexibility are required, just an open mind and a willingness to have fun while trying something new. This class is accessible to all fitness levels and encourages students to develop their own style and grace.
This class will focus on finding more harmony and balance through gentle, flowing physical movements, and learning access “Pranayama”, the power of the breath to calm or energize. This will be followed by deep relaxation to renew the body and meditation for connection with the Devine thread of the Universe.
