We offer a variety of Yogic styles and custom classes including Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, and stretching.

All classes are led by certified yoga teachers.

Gentle Kundalini Yoga, Gong relaxation & meditation

This class is ideal for anyone seeking a gentler practice for a myriad of reasons: women seeking a more gentle practice during certain parts of their cycle, recovery from an injury, are new or a beginner to Kundalini Yoga and you prefer to ease into it or simply the love and desire of a gentle practice.  You can expect to leave this class feeling more calm, peaceful and beautiful from the inside out.

Vinyasa Yoga Level I & level II

Vinyasa Yoga works at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, thus helping to connect the mind to the body. This helps relieve anxiety and stress. Vinyasa Level I introduces students to the idea of yoga as a lifestyle, by integrating the benefits of mindfulness on and off the mat. Students will learn proper alignment to not only strengthen their bodies, but also protect them from injury.

Vinyasa Level II guides students into a deeper exploration of yoga as they advance in their practice both physically and mentally. The pace of this class flow is faster, allowing heat to build in the body while maintaining a mindful practice of movement synchronized with the breath. Students will benefit from challenging themselves & their expectations of their bodies.

Hatha Yoga with an Emphasis on Jin Shin Jyutsu®

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is a gentle, ancient Japanese healing art that balances the body, mind and spirit using your hands and breath. For the body to be healthy, energy needs to flow freely. Blockages can occur because of our hectic lifestyle, environmental issues or heredity. In Jin Shin Jyutsu®, we place our hands on specific locations (safety energy locks) on the body to allow energy to flow more freely.

In this class, we'll hold the safety energy locks during various yoga sequences to further open and balance the mind, body and spirit. During the last 15 minutes of each class, students will be guided through a Jin Shin Jyutsu self help flow. Jin Shin Jyutsu has been shown to be useful in reducing anxiety and discomfort, inducing the body's natural healing process.
