Michele and Rob attended the annual Sat Nam Fest in the beautiful Berkshires in August 2017 with a number of students from the O’Shea Yoga community. There, they attended special classes and workshops with some of the best Kundalini Yoga teachers and artists in the world. Our beloved teacher, Amanbir Singh, who has blessed our studio on three occasions since our inception in January, was teaching at this amazing event and Sukhdev Jackson and her musical group Akyanna, taught at the Sat Nam Fest.

Michele introduced live Gong Playing into her classes in January, 2015. The Gong is a powerful and transformative instrument that works on all levels to heal and transform. From the purely physical to the emotional and spiritual, the sound of the Gong can promote a positive change in the listener.

Michele took her second pilgrimage to India in September, 2014, (Ganga Pilgrimage led by Raghunath) where she traveled through some of the holiest cities and villages that have been dear to the yogi’s and devotees since before recorded time. She is eagerly awaiting for her return to India where she will have the opportunity to further explore and deepen her understanding of yoga culture.

Michele has completed her second Level 2 Teacher Training ‘Authentic Relationships” with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and her husband Gurushabd in Vancouver.
