Tricia Auriemma

Tricia was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga four years ago when she attended a Kundalini Yoga Immersion, “The Radiant Power of Women,” led by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa in Mexico. She immediately fell in love with the practice and teachings which have enabled her to transform and elevate her life in ways she could have never imagined. In 2016, Tricia deepened her affinity for Kundalini Yoga when she enrolled in Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training at Golden Bridge, New York City, with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Gurushabd Singh.

Her experience in the teacher training awakened her to her life’s purpose of opening her own day spa. In April 2017, Tricia’s dream came true when she opened Signature Massage in Hillsdale where she is a massage therapist and esthetician. Signature Massage is an oasis where people come to relax, renew and heal. Tricia credits the awakening of her life’s purpose and the manifestation of it to her experience in the teacher training and her personal practice. Tricia is KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and is very excited and eager to share the transformative teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga with her students.
