Slow FLow & deep stretch

This one hour of guided stretch and yoga flow will help to slow and calm the mind. If you are looking to increase flexibility and range of motion, this class is for you. Focused stretching, while moving with the breath allows the muscles to relax and lengthen. Neither experience or flexibility are required.  The only requirement is a willingness to have fun while keeping an open mind and trying something new.

All levels welcome.
